What is Huvila Haven? Huvila is Finnish for family cabin. Allison has a tremendous passion for rest and fond memories of vacationing with her 100% Finnish Grandparents as a child. We love the idea of you creating memories of your own at our home on Newman Lake. It is our goal to create a place full of fun, relaxation, and memory making!

Nestled along the shores of Newman Lake just outside Spokane, our property offers a peaceful escape with all the comforts of home.

With both a spacious lake house and a cozy cottage, guests can choose the perfect setting for their stay, whether it’s a family getaway, a weekend with friends, or a quiet retreat by the water.

We’ve created a space where relaxing comes naturally, from mornings on the lake to evenings by the fire. Our goal is simple: to provide a memorable, stress-free stay that keeps guests coming back year after year.
